9. "STUBBY" SPARE KNURLS

These are made from the best quality steel in all the three grades and are properly heat treated and hardened. They are made to close limits in all respects and precisions cut to give clear cut impression for a long time. The bores of this knurls are concentric an and parallel to the cutting faces to ensure uniform clear cut result.

These are aailable in three grades C.S., H.S. and H.S.S. whereas, C.S. knurls are made of carbon steel, H.S. knurls are made of best quality alloy steel and the H.S.S. as the name tells are made of high speed steel and are of most superior quality of knurls. The life of H.S.S. knurls is much more than the other two grades to give you real value of your money.

C.S. and H.S. knurls are available in various pitches whereas H.S.S. knurls can be supplied only in fine ,medium and coarse pitches. All the C.S. and H.S. knurls are marked with certain numbers which indicate approximates T.I.P. (Teeth per inch). Actually , the commonly use knurls are in fine , medium and coarse pitches but however other pitches in C.S. and H.S.knurls can also be supplied. The approximate conversion of number given on our H.S. and C.S. knurl is given hereunder :-

All the knurls are available in five shapes i.e. Straight, Right, Left, Diamond(Male) and Checkered (Female).
